I thought I'd make my first post here memorable.

So, if you want perfect health and to have clear skin, wrinkle free etc I suggest drinking a whisky glass of your first pee of the day. The health benefits are enormous.

If you can overcome the pre-conditioning that urine is waste and worth only an 'Ugh' you'll be amazed at the transformation in every aspect of your life.

A spot of googling - try, "Your own best medicine" it will open up a world of info.

While I have no brief for the concern that presents the vid. I do agree that keeping out of factory pharming is the best way to live out one's life.

As I've not been inside a doctor's surgery in years and years since I started my morning 'golden brew' regime all I can advocate is medicate yourself with your body's perfect self created medication.
