irak had a huge idea: doing a skype call together. i'm pretty sure a couple of us have it (not me, but i've been thinking about it).

we can talk on the internet at a flat rate, no international rates. dirt cheap, unlimited calling for like less than $5/month.

system requirements:

* 400 MHz processor
* 128 MB RAM
* 10 MB free disk space on your hard drive
* Sound Card, speakers and microphone
* Internet Connection (either dial-up: minimum 33.6 Kbps modem, or any broadband: cable, DSL, etc.)

not sure how it runs on dial up Sarcasm

Be aware that skype is mega-spyware. It actually gets your BIOS, and motherboard serial number.
