In the year 2000, I saw Don Tolman do a presentation in Parramatta, Sydney. Here is his website that I was shown today, and this link below has a few excerpts from his presentations. So, please have a listen to someone that I believe has a massive amount of knowledge, and if you ever get the chance to see him do a presentation, GO FOR IT !!! It will be something that you will always remember as being an amazing experience.

OMG, i just listened to the avocado one, and THAT IS AMAZING! Very Happy Whoa!

I have also heard that the leaves of strawberries (made into a tea) are good for your heart, and strawberries look like hearts.

Yeah, awesome information. This is the info that is almost non-existent anywhere else. 'Signs in Nature', or as it is on Don Tolman's site 'Whole Food Signatures', are a major key in understanding what to put into our bodies. Which is probably the reason why there is so little information to be found about it, the pTB don't want anyone to know about it because it would free them from the societal DIEt. Smile Very Happy
