the Ogham,pronounced OH-ehm is a 25 letter alphabet that was used by the Celts.it was inspired by the God of elequence,Ogma.it was carved and read from bottom to top.
its 20 main letters were named after trees the Druids held sacred.
when carved the center line of the letters was formed by the edge of the object it was carved onto.



like the Runes,the Ogham can also be used as a system of Divination.

there are beautiful color photos of everything of the celts life here.
I could not find the alphabet you have posted, gotta keep reading, may have missed it.
My daughter got it to get inspired for beautiful adornments and jewels she makes,
loves the Celts.

the wicker man.it was actually a means of capital punishment.the victim was given misletoe wine before hand as an anesthetic

the catholics onlt gae u smoke as anastetic..the smoke that u got druing the fire-if u were lucky u would suffocate not burn...
