I'll start at the beginning of your rant at everyone here and respond to what it is that you have written.

Well, the first part of your post starts with the use of the word "fucking", which obviously relates to the sexual act. No individual here has posted anything prior to your post about you. So the fact that you think this is directed at you somehow, well, maybe this is your own sexual issues that you have to deal with.
By using the words, "You've got to...", well, no, I don't have to, and neither does anyone else. This threads is not, and never was directed at you. You are merely projecting your own issues onto it.

If 'being the change you want to see in the world' is coming onto a forum and attacking people who have tried to reach out as friends to you at one point or another, then that's your choice. You say 'be the change you want to see in the world' which I reply with 'practice what you preach'..
I personally always think it's wise to research a subject before you decide you know it all and attack people for openly discussing it. If you had done your research, then you would know there can be huge benefits it practicing self tantra. It is simply not about 'wanking off' over young girls with huge knockers, but an expression of self love if practiced carefully and with dilligance. Focusing on opening your heart, throat, third eye and crown chakra will fall to pieces rather easily unless you address into full clarity the associatios of the other 3 chakras. Try and build a house without laying the foundations first, and watch that house crumble to the ground rapidly..
Secondly, again, if you had done your research before deciding to reply to the topic with a blantantly offensive post, then you would also know that you don't actually have to release the energy. By letting the sexual energy rise and fall, whislt using deep breathing techniques and strengthening the muscle that can stop the fluids leaving you (and thus the energy), you can elevate the sexual energy to that of oneness, completely cleansing and igniting the other chakras as you go..
Here's a couple of websites to get you started, and with a bit of luck, you will drop your monumental ego just for a second and try and see another side of the infinite coin..
