This is my recipe.
Plenty of Pork pieces/Chicken bits (cooked)
Potatoes/pasta/Frozen mixed veg.
Put this in a dish with at least some Oxo cubes and cook for an hour or two.
Serve with Oven Chips, and drink with ICE COLD COCO COLA.
for the vegetarian version, use Quorn 'chicken' pieces.

I'm sorry chandi! ok here it goes, with a lot of guesstimations, when i get around to making it, then i will have more accurate recipe:

fill a pan with maybe 3 or 4 cups of water? and put in 4 teabags (Black caffeinated tea) without the tags on them. Just rip off the tags.

Throw in a couple of black cardomom seeds, OR (if you have green cardomom's throw in maybe 4 of those?)

boil for maybe 5 min. then somewhere towards the end, pour in milk till the color is not dark.

boil for a few more min.

add sugar to make sweet.

there's your Chai Very Happy

Found this in Osho times magazine:

"If you live according to the body then there will never be extremes.
You will not overeat, you will not eat too little. And there will be
totality. There will be bliss. However much you eat will be in
complete bliss. You can completely dissolve in to that taste,
because that taste is also god. ANNAM BRAHMA---food is god.
The same respect, the same worshipfulness, the same worship
as in the temple should also be with taking meals,
should be with all processes of life." Love Love Smile Very Happy Cool
