Yeah I used to use cider vinegar a lot but I simply can't find any organic where I am at the moment.. If you mix it 50 50 with honey and heat it slowly til it blends you get something nicknamed honeygar.. It's really nice mixed with water (and good for you) or even turned into a salad dressing or sauce base..

Also worth looking up is 'four thieves vinegar'. There's a whole myth behind it, but in basic form, there was rumoured to be four thieves who throughout the bubonic palgue travelled europe and robbed the dead or dying and were never affected or caught the disease. They were eventually caught, and in exchange for their lifes, shared the recipe for what became known as four thieves vinegar...

Just because your paranoid dont mean there not after you

I have been using ACV on my hair for the past few months. It is really nice, makes it so soft and shiny. I was using it to clean my hair too. But now I use soft bar soap just on my scalp, rinse it out, then pour the diluted ACV all over my hair, then rinse that out with cool water. Only need to around once a week for my hair.

Also it is both anti fungal and antibacterial (picked that up from online somewhere), so it's pretty nice that way too.
